South Mountain is a multi-specialty physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic in Draper offering comprehensive services in the areas of
geriatric care and outpatient orthopedic care . Our services include physical, occupational and speech
therapy. Our goal is to offer high quality therapy services with an emphasis on improving function and promoting
active participation in excercise and independent management.
In an environment of constant change and evolving reimbursement systems, our intent is to provide contract services in
such a manner as to ease the burden of the agencies with which we work. Our therapists have extensive experience in
geriatric care, and have sub-specialties in balance and vestibular disorders and wound care.
